1/4 cup Capilano Labonté Honey
3 cups milk
2 scoops ice cream
1 tbls malt powder (optional)

1. Place chopped strawberries and Capilano Labonté Honey into ablender and puree.
2. Add milk, ice cream, malt andblend until smooth.
3. Pour intoserving glasses and garnish withfresh strawberries.
