1 kg chicken wings
1/2 cup Capilano Labonté Eucalyptus Honey
1/4 cup soya sauce
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon grated ginger
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup sesame seeds

  1. Wash and pat dry chicken wings, and place in large shallow dish.
  2. Add Capilano Labonté Eucalyptus Honey, soya sauce, garlic, ginger, oil and lemon juice, turning to coat wings.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Turn wings occasionally.
  5. Place wings in ovenproof dish and pour marinade over them.
  6. Bake at 200ºC for 35-40 minutes, stir often to ensure even cooking.Remove from oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
