Ingredients

  • 500ml  Rolled oats
  • 300ml  Bran
  • 30ml  Cinnamon
  • 20ml  Nutmeg
  • 150ml  Chopped walnuts
  • 250ml  Cubed apples
  • 150ml  Strong cheddar cheese cut into small cubes
  • 1  Egg
  • 150ml  Lukewarm water
  • 100ml  Labonté Blueberry Honey

Method

  • Beat the egg and blend with water and honey.
  • Combine dry ingredients.
  • Add chopped nuts, apple and cheese.
  • Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients.
  • Stir until moistened.
  • Bake at 375oF for 20 to 30 minutes
